Instructions for BS Admissions Fall 2026:

  1. All Original documents and printed copy of online admission form.
  2. SSC(Matric) Copy of DMC and Original certificate.
  3. 03 copies of F.A/ F.Sc Part-II DMC and domicile.
  4. Copy of Verified HSSC DMC
  5. Board to University migration certificate (Original).
  6. 05 Passport size photos with white background.
  7. Copies of Parent and student CNICs.
  8. University Registration form ( to be obtained from Photocopy shop opposite college gate)
  9. All documents shall be attested.
  10. Students who have passed before 2026 will submit an affidavit with undertaking that they have not taken admission in any Institute / University during this period.
