Documents Required for BS Admission Session 2025-29

Shortlisted Candidates are directed to bring their original documents, printed online form and attested photocopies of the following documents.

1. Online Application Form.
2. SSC and FSC DMCs
3. Domicile
4. Character certificate of the last institute attended.
5. NIC/Form B of the student
6. Father CNIC photocopy 
7. Migration certificate (from Board to University of Swat)
8. Four passport size photos
9. Quota eligibility certificate in case a candidate applies for a specified quota notified by the government, e.g. Sports, Disable or Education Employees quotas, etc.
10. Student ID Card form (will be issue from department concerned).
11. University Registration form (will be issue from department concerned).
12. Fee for Science Subjects Rs. 10050/- and for Arts subjects Rs. 9550/-
