**Important Instructions for Admission**

All candidates whose names appear on the merit list are informed that they must bring their original educational documents, attested photocopies, and printed admission form, and report to the college office during working hours for verification of their documents, followed by the submission of the admission fee. The date for verification and fee submission is mentioned on the merit list above.

Candidates must bring the following documents for admission, otherwise they will not be eligible:

• Matric (SSC) DMC and Provisional Certificate

• Character Certificate

• Domicile Certificate

• Candidate's (if applicable) and Father's/Guardian's National Identity Card (CNIC)

• 4 passport-sized photographs (white background)

• Disability or Employment/Service Certificate (for external education) or a relevant certificate for the quota applied for, e.g., Sports Certificate.

• Undertaking (on a plain page) to declare non-involvement in any political activity.

• Affidavit if one or more years have been wasted/dropped.
