Instruction:

The application form of the online apply along with the attested copies of following documents should be provided at time of admission

1. Interview time is from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm in official working days.

2. Canditates are directed to bring their orignal douments and attested photcopies of  

1.    Printout of online dmission form.   
2.     SSC Certificate for admission at any level of studies.
3.      Detailed Marks / Provisional Certificate of the last exam passed.
4.      Character Certificate issued by the learning institution last attended. 
5.       Domicile Certificate
6.       Self / father CNIC / Form B
7.       Four (04) passport size coloured photographs.
8.        Quota eligibility certificate in case a candidate applies for a specified quota notified by the government, e.g Sports, Disable or Higher Education             Employees Khyber Pakhtunkhwa(college subsector) quotas, etc.
9.        Migration Certificate and varified DMC for candidates having passed their examination from other than BISE Mardan.
10.        Affidavit as per specimen.

        Note: Migration certificate-(h) and affidavit in light of Supreme Court decision for refraining from politics-(i) will be obtained from the candidates at the time                             when their admission is confirmed.
