Introduction

General Instructions For Students

Students are directed to strictly follow those instructions and guidelines issued by the college administration from time to time.

Uniform

SUMMER UNIFORM:
- White shalwar and Qameez
- Black shoes.
WINTER UNIFORM:
- White shalwar and Qameez
- Black or blue waist coat or coat or sweater
- Black shoes.

Students are directed to wear neat and clean specified uniform during college hours. Students without uniform will be fined Rs.20 per day.

Student College Identity Card

A computerized student identity card will be issued by the college administration to all the students. The student will pay the charges. All the students are required to keep their identity cards in their custody during college hours and they will be bound to show their identity card on demand. If an identity card is lost then the student will pay double the price of the card.

Attendance

All the BS students must produce 75% attendance during the session.

Leave

The leave rules are as follows:

The concerned professor can sanction a leave of three days.
The concerned department chairman can sanction a leave of six days.
Students will be asked to produce documentary proof if he / she requires leave of more than six days.
In case of illness, medical certificate must be provided.
