   INSTRUCTIONS:

Rs.100/- have to be deposited through jazz cash within due date otherwise PENDING application are not considered by the online admission System. Only VERIFIED applications are considered for merit.

Separate form and Rs 100/- jazz cash as application processing fee should be submitted for each program and against each quota.

Candidate must visit the college to confirm his name in the merit list as per above mentioned schedule. Candidates can also check merit lists online by visiting: https://admission.hed.gkp.pk/merit_list.php.

Application form along with the following documents (in original) should be produced at the time of interview/trials and one set of attested photocopies ofthe documents must be submitted at the time of interview/admission:

SSC DMC, Domicile Certificate, Father’s C.N.I.C and Form B of Student, Affidavit in application form duly signed by parents/ Guardian, Five(05) Passport size pictures with White background, Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate, Disability Certificate (Disable Quota),Sports Certificate (Sports Quota), Migration Certificate for Candidates of boards other than BISE Peshawar, Father/ Mother’s recent Payroll (Govt. Colleges Employees Quota)

Students provisionally admitted by the committee have to deposit admission fee in The Bank of Khyber Main Branch Charsadda as per the following rates and have to submit the bank receipt to admission committee:                                                                                                                      Pre-Medical/Pre-Engineering:   Rs. 5000/-                                      (Additional Rs 1000 for sports quota)                     General/ Computer Science:     Rs.7000/-                                       (Additional Rs 1000 for sports quota)                     Arts and Humanities:          Rs.4500/-       (Additional Rs 1000 for sports quota)

Note: The said fee may change as per Government rules.

Applicants Residing in Tehsil Charsadda or Applicants whose parents/Spouse are employed in Govt institutions in Tehsil Charsadda are advised to apply in Local quota.

Applicants Residing in Tehsil Tangi, Tehsil Shabqadar and other Districts are to apply in Open Quota.

Applicants on Local Quota, Sports Quota, College Employee Quota and Disable Quota will automatically be considered by Open Quota (if fit in the merit). These applicants do not need to apply in Open Quota separately.

Applicants have to apply separately in Local Quota, Sports Quota, College Employee Quota and Disable Quota          (if fulfill the requirements for the quota) to increase their chance of admission.

Applicants applied on Sports quota are directed to bring their sports kits on the date of trial.

The College Administration shall have the right to change admission Schedule as and when required.
